At this time we only ship to the United States and Canada. Please note, Canadian orders may be subject to Canadas VAT tax and we suggest checking your local tax rules before ordering.
Delivery Time:
Delivery times do vary but most products as noted ship within 1-2 days. Special orders will be based ome of our products are hand made and or painted at the time your order is placed. Please allow the time noted in the product details for the completion estimate and also allow 4-5 days for shipping.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange or refund it with the exception of:
- Custom made or personalized items
- Special orders
- Christening
- Formals
- Jewelry
Please return items within 7 days of receipt in new condition with all tags attached.
Shipping costs associated with free or discounted shipping may apply to returned items.
If you receive a damaged freight shipment, please note the damage on the bill of lading before the delivery truck leaves. We will work with the manufacture and delivery company to repair or replace the damaged item as soon as possible.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax applies to all orders shipped to a New York address. There is no sales tax charged for any other state.
